She has over twenty-five years of experience providing consulting assistance to healthcare organizations. Pam has combined her expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, process change and information technology to create a firm focused on value improvement. Pam's newest book is Beyond Return on Investment: Expanding the Value of Healthcare Information Technology. This book builds on and expands information found in Pam's earlier award winning book - Return on Investment: Maximizing the Value of Healthcare Information Technology.
